The Braves are signing Mike Yastrzemski to a two-year, $23 million contract, according to The Post's Jon Heyman.
The 35-year-old outfielder had 17 homers and .735 OPS last season with the Giants and Royals.

The Yankees are among the teams interested in right-hander Freddy Peralta, The Athletic reported.
The Orioles, Red Sox, Giants and Astros are also among the teams that could vie for his services. Peralta, 29, led the National League with 17 wins last year and held a career-best 2.70 ERA. He has one year remaining on his contract.
