The Yankees are headed to Williamsport.
The Bombers will take part in the Little League Classic on Aug. 18, 2024 against the Tigers, commissioner Rob Manfred announced Sunday.
The game will be played at 7 p.m. as part of ESPN’s “Sunday Night Baseball.”
The game is one of several special events on baseball’s calendar, with the Yankees having participated in the Field of Dreams Game two years ago.
The league has also done games at Fort Bragg and in international locations such as London and Mexico City.
As part of the Little League theme, the Yankees and Tigers will both attend Little League World Series games ahead of their contest.
