Jerry Manuel said he didn’t see Jose Reyes’ glove-throwing tantrum in the seventh inning Sunday and doesn’t consider it worthy of discipline. Reyes, who had an on-field run in with Manuel in Anaheim two weeks ago, slammed his glove to the ground as he walked off the field between innings after a throwing error in the Mets’ 3-1 win Sunday over the Yankees. Reyes (pictured) said this afternoon that he was mad at himself and was merely expressing that frustration.
