Odell Beckham Jr. couldn’t let a home run swing pass without a celebratory dance.

The Giants star receiver joined the Yankees in batting practice Friday afternoon, before the team begins a three-game homestand against the rival Red Sox, and showed off his athleticism in the cage. Beckham, after a couple of close calls, hit one ball just over the left field fence to the delight of Yankees players and coaches and, most of all, himself.

He knelt and shook his hips before getting back in the batter’s box with a wide grin on his face.

Off the diamond, Beckham socialized with Yankees general manager Brian Cashman and former star Paul O’Neill, while also posing for photos with sluggers Giancarlo Stanton and Aaron Judge.

Beckham, 25, is enjoying a short break before the Giants kick off training camp on July 25. The three-time Pro Bowler, who is coming off left ankle surgery from last season, reassured the Giants he will be in attendance for practices even though he has not yet reached the long-term contract extension he desires.
