Add Juan Lagares to the seemingly endless list of injured Mets.

The center fielder left Thursday’s 8-3 loss to the Nationals with a fractured left thumb. It’s the same thumb Lagares hurt last season.

Lagares seemingly suffered the latest injury diving for Anthony Rendon’s RBI single in the fifth inning at Citi Field.

Manager Terry Collins and trainer Ray Ramirez went out to center to check on Lagares later in the inning, but he remained in the game after a brief visit.

Lagares finally was pulled from the game in the bottom of the inning as Curtis Granderson pinch hit for him with two outs.

He was diagnosed with a fractured IP joint.

The injury came on the same day the Mets learned Neil Walker had a partially torn left hamstring, Matt Harvey will miss at least several weeks with a stress injury to his right shoulder and Noah Syndergaard’s right lat injury will keep him out longer than originally anticipated.
