Left fielder Angel Pagan is considering season-ending surgery on the left shoulder that has sidelined him since May 13. Jerry Manuel said this afternoon that Pagan — one of the Mets’ biggest early season surprises — is still bothered tenderness in the shoulder and is unable to do much at the plate in his rehab.
