PORT ST. LUCIE — Bill Parcells, who lives in nearby Jupiter, Fla., and (for now) is in charge of the Miami Dolphins, stopped by the Mets’ camp this morning. Parcells was joined by Dolphins coach Tony Sparano, a native of West Haven, Conn., who said he is a longtime Mets fan, and former Packers personnel chief Ron Wolf.
