Injured Yankee starters Carl Pavano and Phil Hughes will continue their rehab stints tonight in Trenton and Scranton/Wilkes Barre, respectively. Pavano will start for the Double-A Thunder tonight at home against Akron, while Hughes will pitch for the Triple-A Yankees at home against Pawtucket.
