MILWAUKEE — The Mets are sending Pedro Martinez back to New York from the final three games of the trip here so he can work with his personal trainer this week. Seems kind of suspicious to us, especially with the simultaneous call-up of Brandon Knight, but the club insists there are no health issues and that Martinez remains on schedule to make his next start Saturday at Shea Stadium against the Phillies.
