PORT ST. LUCIE — Mike Pelfrey, who has been out since last Friday with a muscle strain in his lower left leg, said he will return to the rotation for a Grapefruit League start here Saturday against the Nationals. Pelfrey was lifted from his turn today against the Orioles but will throw a bullpen session Wednesday to warm up for Saturday’s outing.
