Pete Alonso added some new hardware to his collection over the weekend: a wedding band.

The Mets first baseman married fiancée Haley on Friday, with Alonso calling the couple’s big day “the best day of [his] life.”

“I got to marry the woman of my dreams in front of God, our families, and our friends,” Alonso gushed Monday on Instagram. “I feel so blessed and proud to be your husband @haleyalonso_.”

Haley, who announced her engagement to Alonso in December 2018, also shared the same photo Monday on Instagram, writing, “For all the days of my life.”

Alonso’s teammate, Jeff McNeil, also took to Instagram on Monday to share photos from the wedding reception, including a Mets-heavy group shot that featured the groom, first baseman Dominic Smith, third baseman J.D. Davis, and Mariners pitcher Justin Dunn.

“A huge congratulations to the newly married couple! Beyond happy for the both of you!! @polarpete20,” McNeil captioned the post.

By Monday evening, Haley revealed that the couple was honeymoon bound. While reflecting on their special day, the new Mrs. teased that Alonso may have had a little too much fun during the festivities.

“The best finale to the never ending wedding,” she wrote Monday. “4 days and nights of celebration but I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Pete may or may not have split his pants on the dance floor and I still can’t feel my toes but the love we felt this weekend was indescribable.”

While it remains to be seen where the Alonsos are heading next, things may be different in Queens upon his return.

On Monday night, The Post’s Joel Sherman reported that the Mets were finalizing an agreement to make Billy Eppler their next general manager. Eppler most recently served as the GM of the Angels for five seasons before getting the ax last year.
