Bryce Harper and wife Kayla have 330 million reasons to celebrate.
On Thursday, the outfielder officially ended the MLB’s most buzzed-about waiting game, agreeing to terms on a 13-year, $330 million deal with no opt-outs, The Post’s Joel Sherman confirmed.
While the Harpers have yet to celebrate on social media, that hasn’t stopped Phillies fans for bombarding the comments section to weigh in on the news. In Bryce’s latest post, a Valentine’s Day tribute to his wife, several fans have already welcomed the Las Vegas native to the City of Brotherly Love.
“Welcome to Philly Bryce!!!” Exclaimed one fan.
“Welcome to the phillies Brother💯💯💯🎯🍾🍾🍾💸💸,” penned another, with no shortage of emojis.
“U deserved that keep pushing Bryce big things ahead,” wrote one user.
Prior to the decision, other fans flooded Kayla’s feed, with one fanatic tempting the Harpers with an enticing offer.
“First Philly cheesesteaks on me if you come to Philly,” they wrote.
The six-time All-Star was originally selected by the Washington Nationals with the top pick in the 2010 MLB draft. He is now on one of their biggest rivals.
