The Phillies are recalling left-hander J.A. Happ to face the Mets and Johan Santana on Friday in the opener of a pivotal four-game NL East series in Phialdelphia. Happ, 25, will make his second big-league start, both against the Mets. He gave up seven hits — including three homers — and five runs in four innings of an 8-3 loss to the Amazin’s at Citizens Bank Park last June.
