Just call the Yankees’ lineup Mount Crushmore.
In the tradition of Murderers’ Row in 1927 and the M&M Boys in 1961, The Post got more than 500 nickname suggestions for the 2018 Yankees and asked readers to vote for their favorite on Twitter among Judge and Fury, Legion of Boone, Mount Crushmore and Slam Central Station.
And the winner, with 36 percent of the fan vote, is Mount Crushmore.
The players had a different preference, with six of eight who offered an opinion going with Legion of Boone.
The fans voted Slam Central Station second with 28 percent, Legion of Boone with 27 percent, and Judge and Fury followed with 9 percent.
Now that the fans have spoken, the Yankees will have to decide which four sluggers should make up Mount Crushmore. Giancarlo Stanton, Aaron Judge and Gary Sanchez would be the logical first three choices, and Didi Gregorius and Greg Bird could battle for the final spot.
