The Red Sox acquired third baseman Caleb Durbin on Monday as part of a six-player trade, The Post’s Jon Heyman confirmed.

Boston dealt left-handed pitcher Kyle Harrison, who was acquired in the Rafael Devers trade, along with fellow lefty Shane Drohan and infielder David Hamilton to Milwaukee, ESPN reported.

Fellow ex-Yankees prospect Anthony Seigler, infielder Andruw Monasterio, and a Competitive Balance Round B pick are also part of Boston’s return, according to The Athletic.

After being linked to a bevy of infielders all offseason, the Red Sox land the 25-year-old Durbin, a former Yankees prospect who finished third in Rookie of the Year voting in 2025.

“I think he showed last year that he can be a very good everyday player in the big leagues,” Red Sox general manager Craig Breslow told reporters Monday, per MassLive. “He does a lot of things really, really well.”

Acquired in the Devin Williams deal last offseason, Durbin cemented himself in Milwaukee’s starting lineup, slashing .256.334/.387 with 11 home runs and 53 RBIs in 136 games.

The departure of third baseman Alex Bregman, who signed a $175 million deal with the Cubs, left Boston’s infield in flux.

The Red Sox signed former Yankees infielder Isiah Kinfer-Falefa last week and bolstered the team’s versatility with Durbin, who also has experience at second base and shortstop.

“I think at this point we’re just excited about getting a really good player into the organization and we’ll figure out where he fits best,” Breslow added. “Just doesn’t feel like it makes sense to commit to anything right now.

“He’s got experience at third base in the big leagues, some experience at second coming up. He’s played a little bit of shortstop. And I think that versatility is something that helps us out, but we’ll figure that out as we get into camp and get underway.

To acquire Durbin, Boston shipped out Harrison, a 24-year-old southpaw who registered a 3.00 ERA in three appearances for the Red Sox after the Devers trade.

Boston recently shipped out flamethrower Jordan Hicks to the White Sox, leaving minor league pitcher Jose Bello as the only player acquired in the blockbuster Devers trade still left in the organization.

Durbin marks the latest upgrade in a busy offseason for the Red Sox, who have added All-Star hurler Ranger Suarez, first baseman Willson Contreras, ex-Yankee Sonny Gray and Johan Oviedo.
