Andy Phillips wasn’t the Mets’ property for long. Just one week after the Mets claimed the backup infielder off waivers from the Reds, Cincinnati claimed him right back today. Phillips went 1-for-5 in four appearances as a Met before being designated for assignment on Tuesday.
