DETROIT — The Yankees might not be hitting, but it looks as if they’ll have everyone available for their series in Toronto, which begins May 2.
After The Post’s Jon Heyman reported Wednesday that the “couple of Yankees who remained unvaccinated into last week have told the team they are now vaccinated,” manager Aaron Boone said he’s “not expecting anyone to be out.”
Unvaccinated players won’t be allowed into Canada and can be placed on the restricted list, something Boone said the Yankees won’t have to do.
“That’s my understanding,’’ Boone said before the Yankees beat the Tigers, 5-3, at Comerica Park.
The Yankees expected a significant turnaround in their offense when they hired new hitting coach Dillon Lawson and remade their lineup by trading Gary Sanchez and Gio Urshela to Minnesota in exchange for Josh Donaldson, Isaiah Kiner-Falefa and minor league catcher Ben Rortvedt.
The production hasn’t come.

If you look, a lot of the process and how guys go about at-bats, the things that happen before results show themselves are going really well.”
Lawson pointed to how hitters are making “quality contact without finding green grass.”
“The lack of runs crossing [the plate] surprises me, given the fact the hitters are as prepared as they are and they have good approaches at the plate,’’ Lawson said. “I look forward to the offensive outburst and I’m excited about the process.”
After stealing a season-high four bases against the Tigers on Tuesday, the Yankees swiped another key bag Wednesday, when Anthony Rizzo took third in the eighth inning, which led to a run.
Rizzo said Boone gives the team the green light to go when they think they can make it.
“You see opportunities to run and you do it if you’re being aggressive and smart,’’ Rizzo said. “You pick and choose your spots to run.”
Gerrit Cole entered Wednesday with the worst ERA in the American League (6.35). His strikeout rate has plummeted and is his worst since 2017.
A day after the shortest outing of his career, when Cole matched a career-high with five walks, Boone said again he’s not worried about the right-hander.
“I really am encouraged,’’ Boone said. “His stuff, his breaking ball quality, his fastball profile.”
The issue, according to the manager, is that Cole is “probably a little bit trying to be perfect and make perfect pitches. That’s led at times to him nibbling and not dictating counts.”
Cole is scheduled to start again on Sunday against the Guardians in The Bronx.
He was hurt by home runs in his first two outings, when he gave up three homers, including two to Vladimir Guerrero Jr. in a loss to the Blue Jays.
Kiner-Falefa, who went 2-for-4 with the go-ahead RBI, is 9-for-18 after a 1-for-17 skid. On Tuesday, he stole two bases, as the Yankees swiped a season-high four, and drew one of the eight walks, also a season-high.
Right-hander Ryan Weber was placed on the COVID IL with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
