WASHINGTON — Jose Reyes will miss his third straight start with a sore right side, but Angel Pagan returns to the Mets’ lineup tonight against the Nationals after pinch-hitting from the left side in last night’s loss.

Pagan takes Reyes’ spot leading off, Ruben Tejada will play shortstop again, and Alex Cora fills in at second base.

Jon Niese will look to win his fifth straight decision.
