Jose Reyes told The Post that next week he’ll have another test on his thyroid, and if the results are good, it’ll be the final one he has to take.

Reyes is very optimistic already. He said his previous test was a month ago, and those results were fine. And the Mets’ shortstop insists spring training’s thyroid problem is gone, saying, “That went away already.”
