Mariano Rivera is slated to throw batting practice tomorrow and if that goes well look for Rivera to work in a game next week.

Robinson Cano and Damaso Marte are expected play tomorrow either against the Pirates in Bradenton or Astros at home. Cano and Marte were part of the Dominican Republic WBC team that was eliminated by the Netherlands.

The Yankees visit the Red Sox tonight but do so without Alex Rodriguez, Derek Jeter, Cano, Mark Teixeira, Johnny Damon, Hideki Matsui and Jorge Posada. Chien-Ming Wang starts.
