My colleague Dave Satriano made the trip to Staten Island last night for Brooklyn’s 4-1 win over Staten Island, and wrote this story about Brad Rulon, a right-hander from Georgia Tech who is 2-0 with a 0.38 ERA in 13 apperances this year. He’s allowed one run on 14 hits in 22 innnings, striking out 30 and walking 10.
