After months of waiting, Humberto Sanchez has finally made his first rehab appearance. Recovering from Tommy John surgery, Sanchez (the headlining piece of the Gary Sheffield trade with the Tigers) threw 2/3 of an inning. It wasn’t the debut he would have hoped for, though, giving up a run on a hit and a walk.
