(UPDATED) PHILADELPHIA — Despite a 39-41 record going into today’s game here, the Mets will have four players on the All-Star roster — the most of any team in the league — after NL manager Charlie Manuel of the Phillies tabbed Johan Santana and closer Frankie Rodriguez for the pitching staff. It is the fourth All-Star berth for both Santana and K-Rod.
