JUPITER, Fla. — How sensitive are the Mets about Johan Santana? Too sensitive, if you ask me. Pitching coach Dan Warthen, obviously smarting from the verbal smackdowns he got from Santana and Jerry Manuel in the past week, now has stopped listing Santana on the week-ahead pitching schedules posted in the Mets’ clubhouse back in Port St. Lucie. As far as we know, Santana is supposed to throw his next bullpen session tomorrow. But you’re not going to hear that from Warthen anymore, that’s for sure.
