Sorry for the delay on the series pick — today was similar to last year’s trade deadline when the Mets were almost getting Roy Oswalt, had Duaner Sanchez get into a taxi accident, traded Xavier Nady and got Roberto Hernandez and Oliver Perez.

It was non-stop news.

Anyways, my quick series pick — it’s 2-2 in the top of the second — is the Mets take three of four versus Cincy. I got the Astros pick right, so hopefully I’m getting going again.
