KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Nick Swisher is not in the Yankees’ starting lineup Friday after leaving Thursday’s game with heat-related cramps.
Curtis Granderson takes Swisher’s No. 2 spot in the lineup, and Austin Kearns takes his position in right field.
