PORT ST. LUCIE — It appears that Fernando Tatis will replace Alex Rodriguez on the Dominican Republic roster after A-Rod was forced out of the World Baseball Classic today by a hip injury. Tatis is awaiting final approval from MLB officials but already had his bags packed in the clubhouse this afternoon.
