Mark Teixeira is set to return to the Yankees starting lineup Monday against the Royals.

Teixeira missed two games because of his ongoing battle with severely inflamed bronchial airways, but pinch hit in Sunday’s loss to the Reds despite still not being able to breathe well. He’s hitting seventh with Hiroki Kuroda on the mound for the Yankees. It’s the first time since 2003, his rookie year with the Rangers, that he’s hit seventh in the order
