Teoscar Hernandez is going to Hollywood.
The outfielder agreed to a one-year, $23.5 million contract with the Dodgers, The Post’s Joel Sherman confirmed Sunday night.
The short-term deal brings the All-Star bat to join a revamped Dodgers team that is poised to be a heavy favorite to challenge for a World Series title in 2024.
Hernandez becomes the second Dodgers free agent signee to defer part of the money he is owed.
The 31-year-old will defer $8.5 million to be paid out between 2030 and 2039, ESPN’s Jeff Passan reported.
The outfielder opted for the shorter deal with more money than several multiyear offers Hernandez had received, Passan also reported.

Hernandez will receive $1 million if he wins the Silver Slugger and incentives ranging from $500,000 to $3 million depending on where he could finish in MVP voting.
Hernandez is coming off a year where he slashed 305/.435 /.741 with the Mariners and had 26 home runs and 93 RBIs.
Teoscar Hernandez became the latest Dodgers addition in an offseason that already includes Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Tyler Glasnow. APHe’s also bringing a strong bat to the Dodgers lineup that can hit left-handed pitching well.
Hernandez has a career .887 OPS against lefties and won Silver Slugger awards in 2020 and 2021 while he was with the Blue Jays.
The addition of Hernandez continues a wild spending offseason for the Dodgers, who have spent well north of $1 billion on free agents this winter.
