Catcher Josh Thole has refused to cool off after a hot start to the season for Double-A Binghamton. The 22-year-old went 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBI in Binghamton’s 8-7 loss to Connecticut, raising his average to .356 for the year, tops in the Eastern League. The two doubles pushed him into a tie for the league lead in that category, as well, with 16.
