Josh Thole is out of the Mets lineup Wednesday against Giants righty Tim Lincecum, as the catcher’s struggles have continued in all facets of his game.

Thole is replaced by Ronny Paulino, with Chris Capuano on the mound. Willie Harris will be in left field, with Jason Bay still on the Paternity Leave List.
