The Trenton Thunder wrapped up one of the Eastern League’s four playoff spots Thursday night with its 5-3 win over Harrisburg.

The Yankees’ Double-A affiliate scored four runs in the eighth inning to get Jason Jones, who gave up one run on three hits in eight inning, his 13th win of the season (13-5).

The Thunder are now 80-50 on the year, reaching 30 games over .500 for the first time this season.
