Tim Tebow’s hitting may be suspect, but he has shown big-time power.
The former Broncos, Jets, Patriots and Eagles quarterback belted his second homer for the Single-A St. Lucie Mets in their 8-4 win over the Charlotte Stone Crabs on Wednesday.
Tebow, who batted seventh and was the designated hitter, went 1-for-4 and is hitting .360 in nine games since joining St. Lucie following a questionable midseason promotion from Low-A Columbia.
He also has seven RBIs and six walks against just five strikeouts.
