The Mets’ already-depleted outfield took another hit on Thursday when Tommy Pham left the game with an apparent injury.

Pham hit into an inning-ending double play in the bottom of the third and then walked off the field with a trainer and was removed from the game.

He was replaced in the lineup by Luis Guillorme, who went to second base, while Jeff McNeil moved from second to right field and Mark Canha switched from right to left.

Earlier in the game, the Mets put Starling Marte on the IL due to lingering effects from migraine headaches.

Pham missed time before the All-Star break with tightness in his right groin but was back in the lineup at DH immediately after the break.

Thursday was his third straight start in left field.

Losing the hot-hitting Pham would be a significant blow to the Mets, especially since he’s been on a tear for nearly two months.

Heading into Thursday, Pham had a .976 OPS since May 28, the fifth-best in the National League in that span.
