The Yankees will flip managers to begin one of their larger series of the season.

Aaron Boone will miss Tuesday’s series opener with the Orioles in The Bronx to attend his son’s high school graduation, The Post confirmed.

Bench coach Brad Ausmus, who has five years of managerial experience and who has stepped in after Boone’s three ejections this season, will fill in.

Boone will watch from afar as the first-place Yankees (50-24) begin a three-game set with the second-place Orioles (47-24) with a 1 ½ game lead in the AL East.

The Athletic first reported Boone would miss the game.

Boone later returned to the Stadium and handled the postgame interview after the Yankees’ 4-2 win over the Orioles and talked about the injury Aaron Judge suffered after he was forced to exit the game after getting hit in the left hand.
