John Maine, Ryota Igarashi and now Chris Schwinden.

The Yankees continued adding former Mets pitchers on Friday by claiming Schwinden off waivers. The Yankees are now Schwinden’s fourth franchise this month: After being dropped by the Mets he has been picked up by the Blue Jays, Indians and now the Yankees.

Schwinden struggled in three appearances — two starts — with a 12.46 ERA in 8 2/3 innings pitched. The Yankees assigned him to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes Barre.
