BALTIMORE — Outfielder Clint Frazier will be the 26th man for Monday’s doubleheader against the Tigers in Detroit but isn’t likely to be the only roster move the Yankees make. It’s highly likely that right-handed reliever Adam Warren will come off the DL at some point in the day.

Frazier was scratched from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre’s lineup Sunday in order to get ready for joining the big league club. Frazier didn’t get to the big leagues this year until May 15 due to a concussion suffered early in spring training. He appeared in one game on May 19, went 1-for-2 with a double and was optioned to SWB on May 20.

In a combined 26 games for Single-A Tampa and SWB, Frazier batted .320 (33-for-103) with six homers and 19 RBIs.

Warren hasn’t faced big league hitters since April 20 due to a strained muscle in the back.

“I think there is a chance he could be activated in some way in Detroit,’’ Aaron Boone said Sunday about the right-handed reliever.
