The Yankees are making sure there’s a Plan C to go with their Plan B.

The Post’s Joel Sherman confirmed Monday that the Bombers agreed to a minor league deal with lefty Gio Gonzalez, with a $3 million salary in the big leagues. He will have an opt-out if he doesn’t make the MLB roster by April 20.

With ace Luis Severino and veteran CC Sabathia shelved with injuries to start the season, the Yankees are expected to turn to Jonathan Loaisiga, Domingo German and Luis Cessa to fill in the gaps.

Gonzalez, 33, split the 2018 season between the Nationals and Brewers, going 10-11 with a 4.21 ERA and 1.44 WHIP. The 11-year MLB vet was a first-round pick of the White Sox in 2004, breaking in with Oakland in 2008. He’s a two-time All-Star who led the league with 21 wins in 2012, his first with Washington.
