James Rowson has been offered the Yankees’ hitting coach job, The Post has learned.

The sides were just going through final elements, but the strong expectation was that Rowson will replace Sean Casey, who replaced Dillon Lawson at the All-Star break last season.

Among those who interviewed for the job were Mets bench coach Eric Chavez and Dodgers minor league hitting instructor Tim Laker.
