YANKEES: The Yankees have three pitchers with at least 12 wins (Hiroki Kuroda, CC Sabathia and Phil Hughes). It is the first time they have had three 12-game winners before Sept. 1 since 2006, when Chien Ming Wang, Randy Johnson and Mike Mussina accomplished the feat.
