Since being promoted from High-A Tampa to Double-A Trenton, Andrew Brackman has gotten better and better. He continued his strong run of form Wednesday, giving up two runs on five hits in six innings in Trenton’s 4-2 win.
The 6-foot-10 right-hander struck out four and walked one in his fifth straight start allowing three runs or less. During that stretch (which covers 28 innings) Brackman has struck out 20 and walked seven.
