DirecTV’s contract to carry the YES Network — Yankees, Nets — has expired, but the two sides have agreed to extend negotiations, allowing YES to remain on DirecTV until at least this Thursday.

SNY — Mets — has been dropped by the Dish Network, which seems to have no desire to provide New York’s regional sports networks. Dish previously dropped YES and never carried MSG.
