ST. PETERSBURG — Kevin Youkilis returns to the Yankees lineup after one day off and Brennan Boesch gets a surprise start in right field.

Ichiro Suzuki has been starting against lefties, like the Rays’ Matt Moore who is starting tonight, but Boesch gets the nod on this evening. Youkilis left Saturday’s game with lower-back tightness and sat out Sunday.
