Big Baby is flirting with the big house.

A few months after he was arrested on drug charges, former NBA player Glen “Big Baby” Davis allegedly was involved in a parking-lot fracas that left one man hospitalized, according to TMZ.

The website reported Davis was driving wildly in the parking lot of a West Hollywood club in Los Angeles and nearly hit a man. There was a confrontation, and witnesses said Davis allegedly threw the man to the ground. Davis has not been charged with a crime, according to TMZ, which said he’s a person of interest to police. The victim suffered fractures to his face and ribs, along with a broken tooth.

This comes after Davis was arrested in a Maryland hotel on drug possession and distribution charges in February. Police say they found 126 grams of marijuana and a briefcase containing $92,000 in cash inside Davis’ room. He is facing seven counts of drug possession and distribution.
