Mark Jackson said he’s over the sting of losing out on the Knicks’ head-coaching job to Mike D’Antoni.

Ready to broadcast the Lakers-Celtics mega-matchup, Jackson said, “I’m over a lot of things in life. I’m excited about being able to call the NBA Finals. I have an outstanding job. I’m having the time of my life.”

It looks as if he’ll lose out on the Suns’ and Bulls’ coaching jobs, too.

“I was honored to be considered [by the Knicks],” Jackson said. “I’m also honored to be calling the NBA Finals. Things work out for a reason.”
