Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving were seen together on the court Saturday at the team’s practice facility in Brooklyn, giving fans their first glimpse at the new star duo in action.

The two, who signed with the Nets at the beginning of free agency this summer, shot free throws while sharing a laugh.

It will likely be a while before the Nets see them play in a real game together.

General manager Sean Marks said he does not expect Durant to play this season as the former MVP recovers from surgery to repair the torn Achilles he suffered with the Warriors during last year’s NBA Finals.

Irving also started his season with an injury after take a non-malicious elbow to the face during a pickup game this past Tuesday resulted in a left-side facial fracture. The point guard will wear a mask moving forward.
