OG Anunoby’s latest injury finally has a name.

The Knicks changed Anunoby’s injury designation to right elbow tendinopathy — tennis elbow — after saying on previous reports he was out due to “injury management.”

The 26-year-old last played Mar. 16 against the Kings in Sacramento, but has missed seven games since.

Tom Thibodeau has said Anunoby has been dealing with inflammation, which is a symptom of tendinopathy.

He was sidelined for 18 games after undergoing February surgery on his elbow, coming back for a three-game stretch that began on Mar. 12.

There is no clear return date for Anunoby, putting his status for the rest of the regular season — along with a potential playoff run — in question.

The Knicks are also without star Julius Randle, who has missed 29 games after dislocating his shoulder in late January.
