Maybe he can conjure up some wins.

James Dolan stepped out for Heidi Klum’s annual Halloween blowout dressed as Zoltar the fortune teller, his spokeswoman said Friday.

Dolan, whose Madison Square Garden Company owns the failing New York Knicks and the equally beleaguered Rangers, topped off his emerald green-and-gold duds with a feathered turban and Ray-Ban sunglasses.

He didn’t have the arcade clairvoyant’s crystal ball — which might have been able to tell him how the 1-4 Knicks could stop being so terrible.

The costume was markedly different from the popular Zoltar machine, which has a character that dons a gold blouse, black vest and goatee, though his reps said it was meant to be a Zoltar costume.

The Klum bash was held at Cathédrale, the Tao-run hotspot inside the Moxy Hotel in the East Village. Dolan is the majority owner of Tao Group.
