Friday marked another positive step forward for OG Anunoby.

He was a full participant in Knicks practice Friday, coach Mike Brown said. When asked if that meant scrimmaging, Brown said, “Yeah, everything we did today, he did.”

It’s a promising development for Anunoby, who missed Games 3 and 4 of the Knicks’ second-round sweep of the 76ers after suffering a right hamstring strain in Game 2. The Post reported at the time that it was a very minor strain and that the Knicks were optimistic he would not have to miss much time.

Friday’s update bodes well for his availability for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals.

“Anytime anybody’s able to do anything like that, it’s always encouraging,” Brown said. “At the end of the day, I’m gonna wait and let the medical group tell me each day what he can do. We’ll see if they tell me something different [Saturday]. But it’s definitely encouraging to see somebody be out, somebody be able to go out there and practice, full practice, like OG did.”

On the latest episode of his “Roommates Show” podcast with Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart was wearing a brace on his left hand.

Hart has been playing through a sprained left thumb, which he injured during Game 2 of the second round. It has not forced him to miss any games.

“It’s my Michael Jackson glove,” Hart joked on the show.

Hart has also been battling a lingering injury to his surgically repaired right ring finger all season.
