A man has sued Washington Wizards star Kyle Kuzma for unspecified damages, claiming the forward’s dog “viciously” bit him on a plane on May 4, according to TMZ Sports.
Bernardo Tosto was heading toward the plane’s cabin while it was near Los Angeles’ Van Nuys airport when, according to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, Kuzma’s dog allegedly bit Tosto on his right arm, causing what Tosto claims were “severe injuries.”

Kuzma posted photos featuring him and a dog on Instagram in 2020, though it’s unknown if that was the same dog accused of biting Tosto.
The 2017 first-round pick, the boyfriend of model Winnie Harlow, just began his third season with the Wizards after playing his first four years with the Los Angeles Lakers, who traded him to Washington in 2021 as part of the Russell Westbrook deal.

He scored 25 points on 9-for-18 shooting in the Wizards’ 143-120 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night in their season opener.
After averaging a career-high 21.2 points last season and opting to become a free agent, Kuzma re-signed with the Wizards on a four-year, $90 million contract.
Kuzma’s contract includes $6 million in “unlikely” bonuses tied to team performance, according to The Athletic.
